Arc discharge nanoparticle generator: Arrival of the Arc discharge aerosol generator in October 2020. Our laboratory can now synthesize nanoscale metallic powders with production rates up into the gram-per-hour range. It is thereby better suited for the synthesis of larger powder quantities than the spark ablation method.

Kick-Off Meeting: The kick-off meeting was carried out on the 14th of February 2019. During the meeting the partners presented and discussed each Work Package (WP) and the relevant tasks.

2nd partnership meeting: The 2nd partnership meeting will be carried out on the 5th of February 2020. An overall overview of the project will be presented and a presentation of each WP will follow. The meeting will close with discussion on next steps.

VSParticle aerosol nanoparticle generator: Arrival of the VSParticle aerosol nanoparticle generator in June 2019. Our laboratory can now synthesize nanoparticles having diameters down to less than 1 nm!!!
